WE ARE

Wallace Leadership Consulting offers leadership development services to individuals and groups to enhance their individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.  Our lead facilitator Betsy Wallace has been providing communication skill and leadership services for 30+ years.  Betsy's experiences range from coaching Fortune 500 executives to training Girl Scouts.  During 7 years with Merrill Lynch, Betsy managed the Executive Development group for a 15,000-person business unit.  Her team designed succession planning and development processes to build the leadership bench strength of the top 300 leaders.  Facilitating the annual succession planning review was one of Betsy's key responsibilities.

Recently, Wallace Leadership Consulting has focused on providing Human Resource Capacity-Building initiatives to New Jersey based nonprofit organizations.  Strategic succession planning and values-based performance management are key areas of focus to build successful, adaptable, growth-oriented organizations.

Betsy's first love is interpersonal skills coaching/training for executives, leaders, professionals, and students.  While completing her M.A. at Temple University, Betsy enjoyed teaching undergraduate courses in business communication, professional interviewing, and public speaking.
